Do you handle shipping and documentation?
Yes, we provide full logistics support. We handle all aspects of international shipping, consolidation, and delivery to your destination port in Southeast Asia. We also manage all necessary export and shipping documentation, making the process seamless for you.
What kinds of products can you source？
Our product range covers furniture and decor for almost every space. This includes items for the living room, dining room, bedroom, and office, as well as outdoor furniture. Specifically, we source sofas, tables, chairs, cabinets, lighting, and various home decor accessories. We work with factories producing styles from modern to classic.
What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and can you do custom products?
We offer great flexibility. We provide low MOQs for market testing, as well as full container load (FCL) options for volume orders. Yes, we specialize in customization (OEM/ODM). We can help produce according to your designs, branding (private label), and specifications, including size and material modifications.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a rigorous multi-stage Quality Control (QC) system. It includes pre-production material checks, in-process inspections during manufacturing, and final pre-shipment inspections. We have dedicated quality personnel at key partner factories, and we also work with trusted third-party inspection agencies when needed. All our partner factories are vetted for their production standards.
